Located among the Dead Sea Scrolls, is a fragment labeled 4Q320. In this fragment we read ” to become visible from the East and shine in the center of the sky, at the base of the vault, from evening until morning, on the 4th day of the week, the sons of Gamul, in the first month of the first year”
It should be relatively easy to see that this is speaking directly to the Moon.
This begs the question, “First year of what?”, which is not a simple question to most who read it. it takes an extensive amount of effort to come to the understanding that the course of Gamul serves as the first course at the beginning of the six jubilee cycle of the priestly courses.
So. once you are able to see this you can confirm that 4Q320 is referring to the first year of the first jubilee cycle, which consequently is also a Jubilee year for the preceding jubilee cycle.
This event, the full moon rise on the evening of the first day of the year, is absolutely a once in a lifetime event, if you are fortunate enough to be alive during one. It marks the the full reset of the heavenly luminaries, once every 294 years. An event that marks the start of the new 6 jubilee cycle of the priestly courses.

The last time this occurred, was the year 1744, and the next time this full reset will occur is March 21st 2038
